Fridge filter with limescale protection. Conventional water filters with activated carbon do not protect against limescale! In addition to the sediment filter, this filter has a layer with ion-exchanging granules that reduce the calcium and magnesium deposits.

This filter is supplied with self-sealing connections. Screw in, no sealing, just plug in the hose, done. Assembled in no time. Quality filter with a very good price-performance ratio.

Our filters are suitable for all refrigerators with 1/4 "connections, i.e. for every refrigerator that is connected to the water supply via a 5-6mm (1/4") plastic hose. Attention:
The filters are not suitable for refrigerators that have an internal water filter (in bottle or ball shape).

Technical data of the filters:
Flow: 3.8 liters per min / max pressure: 8.5 bar temperature: 2-38 degrees Celsius / lifespan: 6 months / up to 7,700 liters (the ion-exchanging effect against lime is depleted much earlier; depending on the hardness of the incoming water )

According to the Drinking Water Ordinance (DIN 1988), all drinking water filters must be replaced after 6 months (to prevent contamination), even if the filter has a larger capacity.

 

Functionality:
The filters clean the water of rust, chlorine, organic compounds and sediments. The result is a significant improvement in taste.

Hardly any deposits in the water and ice system of your refrigerator.
