The original Samsung WSF-100 water filter is included with your Samsung refrigerator. It is filled with activated carbon. Activated carbon removes mechanical impurities, chlorine, pesticides, heavy metals, and many organic chemicals. The taste is significantly improved.

The Samsung WSF-100 water filter is suitable for all refrigerator models that have an external water filter. The external water filter is installed between the 1/4-inch plastic hose (6mm diameter) connected to the cold water line. It replaces all Samsung filter models, such as the Magic Water Filter WSF-100, DA2910105C, DA2910105H, DA29-10105J, and EF-9603. It is suitable for the following refrigerator models, among others:

 

•and for many other models and types.
Please note: The WSF-100 filter is not suitable for refrigerators that have an internal water filter. Some of these models also come with an internal water filter.

Filter change:

For health and technical reasons, our filter manufacturers generally recommend changing the filter every 6 months, even if the filter has a larger capacity. According to the manufacturer's recommendations, you should always replace your Samsung water filter when:

•The corresponding warning light on your refrigerator lights up (depending on the model)
•the refrigerator has not been used for a long time
•if the water develops an odor or becomes cloudy
•To be on the safe side, at least every 6 months
