Shipping area Germany:
Standard shipping weight up to 1.99kg: 3.90 EUR, without DHL Packstation, free shipping for orders over 100 EUR
DHL Premium from 2.0kg shipping weight: 7.90 EUR, with DHL Packstation, DPD: 6.90 from 100 EUR order value free shipping
Shipping to other EU countries: 15.90 EUR with DPD or DHL, free for orders over 500 EUR
Shipping area worldwide: 45 EUR, free for orders over 500 EUR
We deliver to all European countries as well as to the following countries: USA, China, Brazil, Canada, Japan, Australia, Canary Islands, Türkiye, Oman,
For orders over €500.00 we offer free shipping to the world.
Upon receipt, please check the shipment for any visible damage and have the delivery person confirm this.
Delivery times
Unless otherwise specified in the item description, delivery of goods within Germany will take place within 1 day for parcel delivery (Premium), up to 8 days for shipment (Standard), and within 7 days for international deliveries after order confirmation (if advance payment has been agreed, the day after your payment instruction). Please note that no deliveries are made on Sundays and public holidays.
If you have ordered items with different delivery times, we will ship them together unless we have agreed otherwise. In this case, the delivery time will be determined by the item you ordered with the longest delivery time.
If you pick up your order yourself, we will inform you by email about the availability of the goods and pickup options. In this case, no shipping costs will be charged.
We will provide you with tracking information after shipment. Since some shipping providers no longer place notifications in mailboxes, it is your responsibility to monitor the shipment's progress and collect it from the parcel shop within the storage period. Failure to do so may result in unwanted returns. This will incur additional shipping costs, which will be at your expense.
Attention! Please note the following current information regarding delivery times:
Due to the industrialization of Germany, longer delivery times may occur with DHL, DPD, UPS, etc. These delays are not our responsibility. As usual, we hand over 99% of packages to the shipping service provider on the day of the order.

To do this, proceed as follows:
1. Simply register at www.meineinkauf.ch . You will receive a personal firstname. lastname@meineinkauf.ch email address.
2.Using your personal firstname.lastname@meineinkauf.ch email address, you can now create a customer account in our online shop.
3.Place your order in our shop by providing your personal email address firstname.lastname@meineinkauf.ch.

You can then check the status of your order approximately 48 hours after receipt on

6. You pay for your ordered goods directly in our shop. You will then receive a separate invoice for the MeinEinkauf.ch service fee along with your goods.
