When water quality is discussed today, the focus is essentially on the Drinking Water Ordinance, meaning the water is tested according to specific criteria for its components. If the pollutants are within the limits and the pH value and hardness are correct, the water is considered good; otherwise, it's considered bad. Quality is thus measured solely in quantitative terms. Chemical analysis reveals nothing about the bioenergetic state. It is well known and understandable that our current tap water, even if relatively clean, does not reach the health benefits of spring water. Studies in recent years show that this is not only due to its purely material composition but also to its bioenergetic state (energetics = according to the Duden dictionary, "fundamental force of all things"). Today, we know that the energetic state of water depends on its cluster structure (clusters = groups of molecules), which can be altered by movement or stagnation. This change in the molecular cluster structure occurs constantly in our highly technological world, from the source to the tap. When water is forced through pipes under pressure, as is common in our modern water supply, it loses (according to Schauberger) its original energetic charge.
