The universal polypropylene fiber cartridges were specifically designed for mechanical pre-filtration. They filter impurities such as sand, silt, and rust particles down to 5 µm.
Water flows through the filter cartridges from the surface to the core. Towards the core, the pores become increasingly finer, causing larger dirt particles to remain on the surface of the cartridge and smaller ones inside. This ensures optimal use of the cartridge, extends its service life, and guarantees excellent filtration.
