Direct Flow Reverse Osmosis JG 600 GPD Water Filter
This innovative reverse osmosis system operates without a tank. The water is purified in five stages directly at the point of use. This eliminates the risk of bacterial growth in a tank. The system is equipped with an electric booster pump and an automatic membrane flushing system.
Stage 1 5µ sediment polypropylene foam
Stage 2 CTO activated carbon block
Stage 3 1µ sediment polypropylene foam
4th stage CN-3013-600G membrane from Canature Health Technology Group
5th stage GAC inline filter
Optional germ barrier possible
Technical data
Dimensions of the system: 40 x 23 x 49 (L x W x H / dimensions in cm)
Capacity: up to 2,200 liters of pure water at a permeate/wastewater ratio of approximately 1:2
Brushless pump, max. 6 hours runtime
two solenoid valves
manometer
Power connection required
Filter change according to DIN 1988: 6 months
Membrane replacement: approximately every 2-3 years
Wall/stand bracket, white lacquered, new reinforced version
Erp 2 power supply consumption: max. 0.5 watts in standby mode
Automatic flushing valve combined with a 1800 ml flow restrictor. Flushes automatically for 18 seconds at the start.
A solenoid valve on the water inlet side and one on the wastewater side. Prevents the backflow of wastewater into the system (germ protection).
Reinforced 3013 membrane housing with rotating brackets
Scope of delivery:
600 GPD 5-stage reverse osmosis system with brushless booster pump
Faucet adapter for 3/8 + 3/4 inch
Hoses and wrenches, as well as German instructions
*The performance and quality of the purified water produced by the JG 600 GPD Professional depends on the characteristics of the tap water, such as temperature, conductivity, hardness, and pH value. With average tap water of approximately 250 ppm, purified water with a conductivity of approximately 5–25 ppm is possible.
