The filter connections are still fitted with hygienic protective caps, which you can easily remove.

This filter fits all Bosch, Siemens, Daewoo, and Neff refrigerator models that have an external water filter. The external water filters are installed between the 1/4-inch plastic hose (6 mm diameter) that connects to the cold water supply.

Please note: This filter is not suitable for refrigerators that have an internal water filter.

According to the appliance manufacturers' recommendations, you should always replace the water filter if:
-the corresponding warning light on your refrigerator illuminates (depending on the model),
-the refrigerator has not been used for a long time,
-in case of odor development or cloudiness of the water,
-or, to be on the safe side, according to the TwVo (Technical Regulations for Water Supply), at least every 6 months, even if the filter has a higher capacity!
