600 GPD Reverse Osmosis System Direct Flow

The revolution in the reverse osmosis market, a system based on the direct flow principle and simultaneously offering high retention rates, is now available.

This innovative system operates without a tank. The water is purified in four stages at the moment of extraction. The risk of bacterial contamination in a tank is therefore eliminated.

This new system uses only high-quality quick-connect fittings (no Jaco fittings) and special pre-filter housings with double sealing rings that are easy to close manually. The system is also equipped with a safety tap with a ceramic valve. Production takes place under certified quality management according to ISO 9001:2000.

*The performance and quality of the purified water produced by the JG 600 GPD Professional depends on the characteristics of the tap water, such as temperature, conductivity, hardness, and pH value. With average tap water of approximately 250 ppm, purified water with a conductivity of approximately 5–25 ppm is possible.

How does this system differ from cheaper direct flow systems?

This system features a more powerful brushless pump than usual, increasing the overall system performance and allowing it to operate continuously for 6 hours without interruption. The power supply complies with the EUP Step 2 directive, resulting in lower energy consumption. It incorporates a new 600 GPD reverse osmosis membrane, enabling a purified water/wastewater ratio of 1:2 with improved retention rates.
