The Samsung WSF-100 water filter is filled with activated carbon. Activated carbon removes mechanical impurities, chlorine, pesticides, heavy metals, and many organic chemicals. This positively improves the taste, which you can not only smell and taste, but also see.

The Samsung WSF-100 water filter is compatible with all refrigerator models that have an external water filter. These external water filters are installed between the 1/4-inch plastic hose (6mm diameter) that connects to the cold water supply. It replaces all Samsung filter models, such as the Magic Water Filter WSF-100, DA2910105C, DA2910105H, DA29-10105J, and EF-9603. It is compatible with, among others, the following refrigerator models:

Please note: The WSF-100 filter is not suitable for refrigerators that have an internal water filter.

Filter change:

For health and technical reasons, our filter manufacturers generally recommend changing the filter every 6 months, even if the filter has a larger capacity. According to the manufacturers' recommendations, you should always replace the Samsung water filter if:

•the corresponding warning light on your refrigerator illuminates (depending on the model)
•the refrigerator has not been used for a long time
• in case of odor development or cloudiness of the water
•To be on the safe side, at least every 6 months
