2x Omnifilter RS5-D12-01 Sediment Filter, Wound Pre-Filter 5 µm

With this 10-inch pre-filter from Omnifilter, you protect downstream fine filters and improve mechanical pre-filtration. The wound polypropylene filter cartridge removes sand, silt, rust particles, and other suspended solids down to a nominal filter fineness of 5 µm.

For domestic water, wells, and reverse osmosis

The pre-filter is suitable for, among other things, domestic water systems, garden pumps, wells, swimming pools, and reverse osmosis systems. In the case of heavily contaminated water, it can extend the service life of downstream fine filters.

Efficient filter structure

The water flows through the wound filter cartridge from the outside in. Larger particles are left on the outside, while smaller impurities are caught in the finer layers towards the core. This allows the filter surface to be used effectively.

Replacement interval

The service life is approximately 3 to 6 months. The actual time for replacement depends on the water quality and the type of impurities. Replace the filter cartridge when the flow rate decreases significantly or the filter performance drops.
