2.5L refill kit for grey Smart filter cartridge

Refill kit for grey Smart cartridges

Scope of delivery
1 plug for the water filter
2.5 liters of refill granules
1 refill funnel

Instructions

• Make a 10 mm hole in the very top of your used grey Jura Smart cartridge.
• Empty out the old granules and clean the filter cartridge to ensure it remains hygienic.
• Fill in the new granules and seal the opening with the silicone plug. Important: only fill to about 4/5 full, as the granules expand on contact with water.
• Insert the cartridge into the tank.
• Cut a piece of aluminum foil to size and stick it over the water intake of the Jura. Two small strips of adhesive tape are sufficient to secure it. Cut out the filling hole and attach the tank. Done!

The aluminum foil interrupts communication between the filter's RFID chip and the Jura. The message "Filter capacity is exhausted" will therefore no longer appear. The Jura machine will start with the "no filter" setting. That's it.
