The PP 100 permeate pump offers the following advantages for pressure tank RO systems:

How does the permeate pump work?
The PP 100 permeate pump uses the energy from the RO system's wastewater to pump the purified permeate into the pressure tank. It requires no electrical power. The permeate pump is driven by hydraulic energy, which is normally lost unused to the wastewater.
This decouples the tank from the RO membrane, which can then operate as if it were a pressureless tank. This is clearly visible on ours.
How is the permeate pump installed?
The permeate pump can be retrofitted to almost all existing RO undersink systems. The key is to mount it horizontally with both outlets facing upwards so that it can always vent itself. Further information is available at www.permeatpumpe.de.
