How does the water analysis work?
After your order has been successfully placed, we will ship your water analysis kit within 24 hours via Deutsche Post/DHL. The test kit contains everything you need for sample collection, including detailed instructions, ice packs, and a free return label. No prior experience is required. If needed, IVARIO drinking water experts are available to assist you free of charge by phone.
You then take the collected samples to a Deutsche Post/DHL branch to avoid distorting the microbiological parameter results due to long transport times and excessively high temperatures. The drinking water laboratory will begin testing your water samples immediately.
