High Premium 5-stage reverse osmosis system
High Premium 5-stage Reverse Osmosis System
High-quality system made in Europe with top-of-the-line components such as John Guest quick-release couplings, housing with double O-rings, Filmtec diaphragm, faucet with ceramic valve, etc. Available from us at a great price!
This system is based on a five-stage basic system. It uses three classic pre-filters with standard cartridges. The system can be expanded with additional cartridges such as bio-ceramic cartridges (FIR) and mineral cartridges , as well as any desired connections and taps.
Reverse osmosis removes up to 99.8% of all contaminants from water. The filtered water is stored in a tank. This unit comes standard with a chrome-plated tap that mounts on the sink, as well as quick-connect fittings (John Guest) that simplify connecting the system to water lines – easy installation, ergonomic design.
The core of the system is a multi-layered thin-film membrane TFC, which, together with the pre-filters made of polypropylene and activated carbon, produces the purest water, free from heavy metals, bacteria and viruses.

To sustainably protect the tank from contamination during periods of inactivity, we recommend installing a germ barrier (UF membrane) in front of the tank.

Warranty Statement: In addition to the statutory warranty, due to the high-quality components, you receive a 5-year warranty (excluding filter cartridges) on all our 5- to 7-stage reverse osmosis systems. During this period, we will repair or replace the system free of charge, at your discretion. The warranty is valid worldwide, and Wasserstelle Berlin is the warrantor. The invoice serves as proof of warranty claim. Your statutory rights as a consumer (24-month warranty) are not affected by this warranty. You can extend the warranty to 10 years for an additional fee.
Connections:
1. 1/2" connection for main water supply pipes and
2. 3/4" connection for the kitchen faucet

Accesories
The following accessories are included with the unit: An ergonomic, chrome-plated touch-flow faucet, or alternatively, an elegant faucet with a ceramic valve (at extra cost) or with a cross handle, ceramic valve, and curved spout (at extra cost), which can be mounted on the washbasin or sink. A universal metal connector with ball valve and hose allows for easy and quick connection of the filter to the water supply pipe. A universal tray for the filter housing (necessary when changing the cartridge). Teflon tape is used to seal the threaded connections.
Order additional accessories at the same time without additional shipping costs:
TDS meter: digital display in ppm
LED indicator: red: above 50 ppm / green: below 50 ppm
PS
You should be selective when buying a water filtration system. You want pure water, so make sure that the materials used in your system are approved for drinking water and do not release any pollutants into the water.
Decide for yourself whether you want to purchase a self-built system (possibly equipped with components of dubious origin) from some company and perhaps save a few euros, or whether you want to buy a quality product from a global company for a slightly higher price, but still significantly below the usual market price.
Ultimately, it's an investment for many years, and quality has its price!
Here are a few ways to recognize high-quality reverse osmosis systems: High-quality systems can be identified, for example, by the fact that they use quick-connect fittings such as John Guest or Maxtec connectors, and not just simple JACO screw fittings. These are inexpensive but also cumbersome screw connections that, depending on the material, are prone to breakage and could potentially injure your fingers.
High-quality systems often feature a faucet with a ceramic valve (secure seal, making it more difficult for bacteria to enter the system from the faucet side). Many systems, however, typically only have a simple lever-operated faucet without a secure ceramic valve.
The hose material should clearly show the manufacturer, the maximum load capacity and the approval for drinking water; in inexpensive systems, the hose material is often only rated up to 7 bar.
Make sure that high-quality membranes are used, e.g. Filmtec from DOW; sometimes cheap membranes of dubious origin are used.
With high-quality systems, you often get far more than just the statutory two-year warranty.
Comparable labor costs are far lower in the USA than in Germany; can systems built in Germany still be cheaper without savings being made elsewhere?
