Scope of delivery: The osmosis system is supplied completely ready for connection. It consists of the under-sink unit, which filters the water, and the PI®-Cell-Vitalizer, which mineralizes and energizes the filtered water. The delivery includes the following components in detail:

• PI®-Cell-Vitalizer SPECIAL
• UV-LED lamp, placed directly before the vitalizer/after the membranes (see image)
• Water faucet (3-way faucet available upon request for an extra charge)
• T-piece with pressure gauge and pressure reducer (for connection to the angle valve)
• Water stop for leak monitoring
• Connection set with small parts

Free water sample: A sample of the water can be ordered from us free of charge.

 

Materials used: All materials used are high-quality and free of harmful substances. The housing of the unit and the vitalizer is made of stainless steel. All plastic parts used are guaranteed to be free of so-called plasticizers (phthalates), Bisphenol A (hormones), as well as acetaldehyde and antimony.

Requirements for the input water (before reverse osmosis)
1. The input water must comply with the Drinking Water Ordinance!
2. The raw water temperature should be between 4 and 40°C.
3. The raw water pressure must be above 1.7 bar.
4. The raw water TDS content (sum of all dissolved substances) must be below 600 ppm (1200 µS) (for values above this, please send a water analysis and request special information).
5. The raw water hardness should be below 25° dH (for values above 25° dH, please send a water analysis and request special information on pre-softening)

IMPORTANT INFORMATION

 

Checking the goods: Please check your system, replacement filters, or spare parts immediately upon receipt for transport damage. For this purpose, also remove the cover of your system to check the internal components.

 

 

Commissioning: The system must be connected and put into operation within max. 7 days to avoid potential bacterial contamination. When installing the system, be sure to strictly observe the flushing times mentioned in the installation manual (reverse osmosis 20 min., entire system including PI-Cell Vitalizer an additional 20 min.). The pre-filters can be stored in their original packaging for up to 3 years.

Warranty: You receive a 2-year warranty on your PI-Power Compact model. Please keep the original packaging and user manual for this purpose! If lost, the special packaging can be reordered at a cost.
