In the IFP Puro, the special properties of a sintered Carbonit® monoblock are combined with 0.15 µm microfiltration provided by the internal Ster-O-Tap® capillary membrane. Even high levels of contaminants that could accumulate in the organism are reliably filtered out. The IFP Puro filter cartridge has a high flow rate of 6-8 liters per minute. It is therefore also suitable for combination with water swirlers. It is ideal for low mains pressure. The Ster-O-Tap® capillary membrane is tested according to ANSI/NSF Standard 42 (Particulate Reduction Class 1) and ANSI/NSF Standard 53 (Cyst and Turbidity Reduction). The dimensions and seals of the IFP Puro comply with industry-standard norms. For the filtration of bacteria and organic substances.

Service life:
The filter cartridge must be changed after 6 months. In principle, approx. 5,000 liters of water can be filtered within these 6 months. An earlier change may be necessary if the water flow is noticeably reduced. A premature change is not a defect in the filter cartridge, but rather an indication of an increased occurrence of fine particles in the unfiltered water.

CARBONIT® Monoblock – baked block filter produced in a
sintering process, internationally patented, awarded multiple times and
scientifically recognized. (Not to be confused with loose fillings
of granulated carbon or extruded blocks).

Sterile (bacteria-free) water through Carbonit Monoblock IFP Puro
(Dual Stage Pro) with 0.15 µm absolute microfiltration membrane
(STER-O-TAP with log 8 reduction). Standardized 9 3/4" element with
flat gaskets and integrated O-ring (SOE). Particularly suitable for
low water pressure. Filtration capacity of approx. 5,000 liters. Internationally patented filter composition. Meets ANSI/NSF Standard 53 (cyst & turbidity reduction) and EPA Standard. The epdwa guidelines for a filter fineness of at least 1 micron (1 µm) nominal and a recommended filter change every 6 months are also met. Everything for your safety!

The replacement cartridge is packed in a handy individual box.
