  To ensure optimal performance in the long term, you should clean your device monthly or at the latest every 500 cups.

  How are these tabs used?
   

  Espresso machines with a compartment for ground coffee

  Place a degreasing tablet in the ground coffee compartment and press the button for coffee grinding.
  Press the brew button to start the brewing process. When half a cup of coffee has been prepared, press the On/Off button to turn off the machine.
  Allow the degreasing solution to take effect for at least 15 minutes.
  Empty the cup. Turn the machine back on and finish the cycle. Empty the cup again.
  Remove the coffee brew group and rinse it thoroughly under running water.
  Replace the coffee brew group and place a cup under the dispensing unit.
  Press the coffee grind button twice so that the machine can perform two brewing cycles without ground coffee. Empty the cup.
  To clean the drip tray, place a degreasing tablet in the tray and fill it up to two-thirds with hot water. Allow the degreasing solution
  to take effect for at least 30 minutes. Then rinse the drip tray thoroughly under running tap water.

Espresso machines without a compartment for ground coffee:

Place a cup under the coffee spout. Fill the water tank with clean water.

• Put a degreasing tablet into a cup and fill the cup with hot water. Wait until the tablet has completely dissolved.
  • Remove the coffee brew group and clean the filters and the spout channel with the degreasing solution. Use a small sponge or a small brush if necessary.
    Allow the degreasing solution to take effect for at least 15 minutes.
    Rinse the coffee brew group thoroughly under tap water and then reinsert it.
    To clean the drip tray, place a degreasing tablet in the tray and fill it up to two-thirds with hot water. Allow the degreasing solution to take effect for at least 30 minutes. Then rinse the drip tray thoroughly under running tap water.
    Your machine is now clean and ready for use.
