Treatment of filter systems

Knickn'clean-Aqua consists of a plastic bag (suitable for drinking water) containing two separate chambers containing two liquids. Knickn'clean-Aqua is activated by squeezing the inner, smaller bag (squeezing it upwards towards the flap).

Instructions for use

1. Remove the activated carbon filter and "bypass" it so that the

Water flow is guaranteed all the way to the tap of the reverse osmosis system.

It is important that there is no activated carbon left in the entire system.

2. Activate the bag by “rolling” it upwards until the two liquids meet.

Mix. Then let the bag stand for about 30 to 45 minutes so that the two

Components can react with each other.

3. Cut open the bag and pour the liquid into the first pre-filter.

4. Run a little water every 1-2 hours to allow the active ingredient from the pre-filter to circulate throughout the entire system. Repeat this process 6-8 times, then reinstall the activated carbon filter.

5. Empty the tank through the tap. Afterwards, the water is safe to drink again according to German drinking water regulations.

Safety instructions

Use biocidal products with care. Always read the label and product information before use. Keep out of reach of children. Do not puncture or pierce. Do not drink. If externally damaged, rinse with water and dispose of. This product may be marketed without authorization under the transitional provisions of the Biocidal Products Regulation (N-107521). After activation, a chlorine dioxide solution (50 ml) is produced containing a concentration of <0.3 g/l.
