Carbonit Vario Aqua Gardena

The practical under-sink drinking water filter from Carbonit®

The CARBONIT® Vario is a convenient and affordable drinking water filter that can be easily installed under the sink or countertop and is available in five different versions: Vario Basic, Vario Classic, Vario Universal, Vario Comfort, or Vario Aqua Gardena. All connection hardware is included!

The Vario Aqua Gardena is a 10" housing, equipped with Gardena connectors and taps (system ½''), plastic key, wall bracket, installation and operating instructions and CARBONIT Monoblock NFP Premium.

With Gardena connectors and shut-off valves for easy handling. Ideal for small hobby rooms or garden ponds. When not in use, the CARBONIT Monoblock simply disappears (disassembled) into a cupboard.

Also suitable for use in front of pressureless boilers. Gardena couplings are only designed for occasional water pressure use – permanent pressure loads must be avoided!

Due to their Gardena couplings, these housings are NOT comparable to other VARIO & DUO housings. (For example, their burst pressure is 90 bar.) Accordingly, we disclaim any liability for improper use as a normal under-sink filter.

Water filtration in the kitchen for the easy production of purified drinking water, almost completely removing pharmaceutical residues, hormone-like substances, polar pesticides, asbestos particles, bacteria, copper, lead, and many other contaminants. The filtered water is ideal for preparing beverages, cooking water, and as a base for baby food. Carbonit filters are a safe and affordable solution for supplying the body with pure water.

Design: Filter housing for installation under the sink between the angle valve and the extra touch-flow faucet for convenient dispensing of filtered water (VARIO Classic and VARIO Comfort). The VARIO Universal is installed between the angle valve and the existing faucet and thus filters all the cold water drawn.
All versions come complete with connecting material for quick and immediate use.

Filter insert: Carbonit® Monoblock NFP Premium for Vario Classic and Aqua; and NFP Clario for Vario Comfort and Vario Universal.

Performance: approximately 120 liters per hour (NFP Premium) or 400 liters per hour (NFP Clario or IFP Puro) at a water pressure of 4 bar and a water temperature of 10°C. For information on pollutant removal, see the data sheet for the NFP or NFP Clario filter cartridge.

Dimensions: Filter unit without connections (W x H x D): 123 x 310 x 115 mm. Length of flexible hoses: 2 pieces, each approx. 80 cm (Classic, Comfort, Universal), 1 piece approx. 30 cm (Classic, Comfort).

Weight: Completely dry approx. 2.4 kg;
Completely wet approx. 3.5 kg.

Temperature: For technical reasons, use is only permitted with cold water up to a maximum of 20 °C, protect from frost.
