Kalko Innova utilizes the biotechnological properties of a granulate whose surface contains coding for heterogeneous catalysis. This coding is designed to limit the growth of calcium crystals to a few ten-thousandths of a millimeter. Afterward, the calcium crystals detach from the surface and make room for the formation of the next crystals. This process takes place within seconds. After that, the calcium crystals no longer adhere to anything.
The creation of seed crystals in water has been an alternative method for reducing limescale deposits on surfaces without additives or chemicals since 2003. This is the ideal biological limescale aid.

Mini variant

• Use in the coffee machine or kettle
• Also protects the machine's technology and the heating elements from calcification
• Shelf life approx. 6 months
• Monthly disinfection of the AQUAKALKO mini is recommended when used in the coffee machine (briefly place in at least 70 °C water, see DVGW worksheet W 551)

Medium variant

• Use in the dishwasher (cutlery drawer)

• Less dishwashing detergent required
