Bellima reduces water hardness, meaning it absorbs excess calcium and magnesium ions and releases valuable mineral potassium. The same applies to any traces of heavy metals present (e.g., from the house's plumbing).

Bellima significantly reduces the permanent hardness and roughly halves the carbonate hardness.
