Die universellen Polypropylenfaserkartuschen wurden speziell für die mechanische Vorfiltration entworfen. Sie filtern Verunreinigungen wie Sand, Schlamm und Rostpartikel bis 5 µm.
Wasser durchfließt die Filterpatronen von der oberen Fläche bis zum Kern. Zum Kern hin werden die Poren immer feiner, dadurch bleiben die größeren Schmutzpartikel auf der Oberfläche der Kartusche und die Kleineren innen. Die Patrone wird optimal genutzt, ihre Betriebszeit verlängert sich und die ausgezeichnete Filtration ist gesichert.
