Fridge filter with limescale protection. Conventional water filters with activated carbon do not protect against limescale! This filter has, in addition to the sediment filter, a layer of ion-exchanging granulate that reduces the limescale deposits of magnesium and calcium.

This filter is supplied with self-sealing connections. Screw it in, no sealing, just plug in the hose, ready. Installed within a very short time. Quality filter with very good price-performance ratio.

Our filters are suitable for all refrigerators with 1/4" connections, i.e. for every refrigerator that is connected to the water supply via a 5-6mm (1/4") plastic hose. Attention:
The filters are not suitable for refrigerators that have an internal water filter (in bottle or ball shape).

Technical data of the filters:
Flow rate: 3.8 litres per min / max Pressure: 8.5 bar Temperature: 2-38 degrees Celsius / Lifetime: 6 months / up to 7,700 litres (the ion-exchange effect against lime is exhausted much earlier; depending on the hardness of the input water)

According to the Drinking Water Ordinance (DIN 1988), all drinking water filters must be replaced after 6 months (to prevent microbial contamination), even if the filter has a larger capacity.

Mode of operation:
The filters clean the water from rust, chlorine, organic compounds and sediments. The result is a significant improvement in taste.

Hardly any deposits in the water and ice system of your fridge.
